Family Counselling
In families, symptoms such as anxiety or behavioral difficulties often point to where the family is stuck. The goal is to shift relationships so that symptoms are no longer needed.
Together, we look at how family members communicate, the patterns that shape interactions, and how conflicts are handled. We also explore transgenerational patterns, values, expectations and entitlements. From here, we can create small, practical steps to change old habits, try new ways of relating, and develop more supportive family dynamics.
