Stress counselling helps you notice the sources of stress and learn ways to respond that are effective and sustaining. We use psychological and body-based methods to release tension, improve focus, and strengthen inner calm.

You’ll have the chance to notice your usual reactions to stress, understand where they are coming from, try new approaches, and practice managing your energy and attention. The goal is to prevent stress from taking over your life and to help you feel more balanced and gain a sense of inner control over time.
