Couples Counselling
Couples counselling focuses on your relationship—how you connect, respond, and influence each other. I support couples in noticing patterns that may weaken the connection, exploring deeper emotional bonds, and strengthening collaboration and intimacy.
We work not just on communication, but also on understanding conflicts, recognizing each other’s perspectives, and discovering ways to support each other more fully. I use approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Imago Therapy, and solution-focused methods.
Often, the way we relate as adults reflects the roles we grew up with in our families. Counselling can help you notice these patterns, understand them, and gradually change those that no longer serve you—so your relationship can become more fulfilling and alive.
