Individual Counselling
In individual counselling, we work together in a safe and grounding space where you can bring the challenges, transitions, or moments when life feels stuck. We set goals together that are meaningful to you, and I help you draw on your own inner resources to process past wounds or traumas and find new ways to approach your daily life.
We can focus on areas such as:
- Grief or other significant losses / changes
- Symptoms of depression
- Anxiety or panic episodes
- Life crises or transitions
- Individual aspects of relationship difficulties
- Parent–child relationship challenges
- Effects of illness or accidents
- Lingering effects of past trauma
- Loneliness, social or cultural isolation
