Working with trauma is about understanding how past experiences—such as early developmental trauma, relational/attachment injuries, or significant losses—affect your present life. The goal is to reduce the impact of these experiences while building emotional stability.

Applying trauma-informed methods to counselling allows you to safely explore vulnerable areas, understand your responses, and learn ways to navigate feelings, thoughts, and reactions without being overwhelmed.
